Introduction of Xinli Elevator Factory
Xinli Elevator Factory was started in March, 1997. Its new workshop area is more than 16,000 square meters, among which office area occupies 1,225 square meters; manufacture area has more than 8,000 square meters. At present, our factory has a computer management system and 83 sets of equipments, such as panel cutter, bender, punch, lathe, drill press, hoisting apparatus, AC welding machine and so on. Now Xinli has 208 employees, including 28 technicians, 5 senior engineers, 65 employees possessed various kinds of work license of special equipment installation, 25 with electrician license, 15 with welder license, and 8 with certificated quality controller. Xinli is a qualified unit in terms of “the third class measuring guarantee system” and also an advanced measuring enterprise of Foshan since 2000. In Dec, 2003, our factory acquired the certification from ISO international quality system. Then Xinli is not only an enterprise permitted to produce passenger elevator, whose speed is at 1.6m/s, also a professional special company on installation, repair and maintaining elevators. Xinli makes out hundreds of elevators every year and they are popular all through Guangdong province and other province like Hunan, Jiangxi and Fujian province.
Xinli Elevator Factory is a legal entity, whose sales range includes elevator’s designing and producing, installation, repair and maintenance according to its industrial and commercial certification. What’s more, we have a very professional team of engineers and technicians working on elevator production, installation, repair, maintenance and inspection. Of course, the standard of the project all above are complete and the process of elevator installation is safe enough because we have a nearly perfect quality guarantee system of producing, installation, and repairing elevators.
